- Although home prices rose at their fastest pace in seven years in August, Case-Shiller index co-founder and Yale University professor of economics Robert Shiller explained that housing prices are still affordable and that it's unlikely that we're in another housing bubble.

- NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun explained the reasons for September's dip in housing prices.
