How to add an email signature in Outlook 365 you ask? Well here is the information you are looking for.
1. After logging into your Outlook 365 email click the gear icon at the upper right
2. Then click Options from the dropdown menu
3. On the next screen click Settings at the left side
4. Then the signature section will appear for you to add/edit your email signature! Be sure to click the Save button when completed.
