Don't forget to spring forward this Sunday!

Daylight Saving Time

Don’t forget this Sunday is Daylight Saving Time so you’ll “spring forward” an hour. Officially, Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday. Some of your clocks, like those on computers and cell phones, will update automatically overnight.

The rest, like alarm clocks and clocks on microwaves, stoves and car radios, you will have to manually update.

Although you’ll “lose” an hour, Daylight Saving Time extends the amount of daylight we get to enjoy during the longer spring and summer days. Come fall, clocks will “fall back” on November 2.

Not every state observes Daylight Saving Time. States such as Arizona and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa never change their clocks.
