Ballpark Village opens
Thursday, March 27
For the first time, St. Louisans can finally check out the much-hyped entertainment district across from Busch Stadium. Ballpark Village will hold a grand opening event to kick off a 10-day celebration with a free Third Eye Blind concert at 9 p.m. Thursday. Undy 5000 Race For Life
Saturday, March 29
Help raise money for the Colon Cancer Alliance by participating in the annual 5K fun run and walk at Forest Park. Runners are encouraged to get creative with their own unique underwear-themed outfits and everyone will receive a pair of commemorative boxers for joining the fight against colon cancer. African Film Festival
Friday, March 28-Sunday, March 30
Held at Washington University’s Brown Hall, this free festival sponsored by African & African-American Studies and Film & Media Studies, African Students Association and the Brown School African Students Association of Washington University features films from all over the continent exploring all its different cultures and traditions.
