Have you made your New Year’s Eve plans yet? If not, don’t worry! There are a plethora of fun events going on in the St. Louis area to celebrate the end of 2013.

Here are five fun St. Louis New Year’s activities for you to consider:

First Night St. Louis
This is one of the city’s most popular New Year’s Eve parties and a great event for adults and kids alike! The party starts at 6 p.m. at Grand Center with entertainment inside and outside. There will be singing, dancing and all kinds of exhibits going on. The event is alcohol-free, so kids are welcome. Outdoor entertainment is free, inside admission is just $10 for adults and $5 for kids if you buy in advance, otherwise it’s $12 for adults and $6 for kids. Wherenberg Theatres Five Star Lounge New Year’s Eve Special
If you want something a little more low-key, you can’t go wrong with the deal Wherenberg Theatres is offering at several of its St. Louis-area locations. You’ve got three options to choose from: for $16, you can catch a movie that starts between 8:30 and 10 p.m. with a refillable popcorn and drink (this doesn’t apply to the Five Star Lounge in Chesterfield or the St. Clair Cine 10). If you’re 21 or older, the Five Star Lounge at Chesterfield Galaxy 14 Cine, Des Peres Cine 14 and St. Charles Stadium 18 Cine are offering a movie ticket, soft drink, choice of menu food items and a free gift for $45. St. Louis Symphony Orchestra’s New Year’s Eve Celebration
Conductor David Robertson and the St. Louis Symphony will close out 2013 with their eighth annual New Year’s Eve Celebration. The Hotel Ignacio is offering a special package for two that gets you “a night in deluxe accomodations for two and brunch the following morning starting at $329.” Regular tickets run from $35 to $135. http://www.stlsymphony.org/calendar/view.aspx?id=4037

Old Hollywood NYE: A Red Carpet Reception at Molly’s in Soulard
Molly’s (816 Geyer Avenue) is offering a variety of NYE packages ranging in prices. The general admission package is $70 and includes an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. (shots extra) and complimentary champagne toasts at midnight. VIP pre-party and admission is $125 and includes an array of gourmet appetizers. Party at the Pageant ­ Here Come the Mummies
The Pageant (6161 Delmar Blvd #100), one of the most popular live music venues in St. Louis, is hosting a concert for the funk/R&B band the Mummies to celebrate the New Year. The Nashville-based group is known for performing in full mummy garb. General admission is $30 if ordered in advance and $35 at the door. Reserve balcony seats are $40.
